These are so good and they seem to get better with age!
Two really, really ripe bananas ( I pulled two out of the freezer)
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup coconut nectar ( you can use maple syrup if you want. See this blog post for more info on coconut nectar)
1 cup unsweetened almond butter
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons coconut flour
2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips (dairy and nut free!)
Preheat oven t0 350F and spray 9×13 pan with cooking oil ( I use coconut oil spray)
Add first six ingredients and blend until smooth
Mix in coconut flour and cocoa powder
Mix in apple cider vinegar and the add baking soda. It’s a fun fizz to watch!
Add chocolate chips if you desire.
Spread mix in pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
